Job summary

Headway Services seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 10-year-old in Roselle, NJ, following BCBA-developed plans.

You will track progress with data, support communication and daily living skills, and partner with families for consistent treatment. Requires 18+ years, HS diploma; RBT preferred; background check and local travel required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in psychology a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
