Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support a 5-year-old in Camden, New Jersey. This part-time, in-school role delivers one-on-one ABA therapy and tracks progress with data.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 11:00am–3:00pm. Earn $18–$25/hour plus a $200 sign-on bonus. Must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent; RBT preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 5 year old boy

• Location: Camden, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time- In school
