Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team. You will provide 1-1 ABA treatment under BCBA supervision to children aged 2-15 in a weekday afternoon setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations and HIPAA/confidentiality adherence.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plan effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients and assist with activities during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
