Job summary

Astra ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team of ABA Therapists providing in-home, one-on-one therapy for children. The BT role supports skill development across communication, social, play, and academic domains under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and maintaining client privacy in compliance with HIPAA. Training and supervision are provided to ensure high-quality care and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing ABA therapy to children.
• Ability to work in-home settings under supervision.

4:15 pm to 7:15 pm

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
