Job summary

Astra ABA in Greensboro, NC seeks a motivated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home, following BCBA supervision and delivering effective interventions.

You will collect session data, document SOAP notes, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates, always upholding HIPAA, ethics, and high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and BIPs with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET.
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
