Job summary

Astra ABA in Roxboro, NC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement BIPs, use reinforcement strategies, collect progress data, and maintain clear communication with families and the team.

This role emphasizes ethics, HIPAA privacy, and ongoing training; Monday through Saturday shifts are available from 9am to 2pm, with a chance to grow within our mission to support children’s development.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
