Job summary

Astra ABA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, use NET, collect data, and maintain daily SOAP notes while protecting privacy per HIPAA.

• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
