Job Summary:

At Astra ABA, we are dedicated to empowering young minds to flourish through individualized therapy and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting children on their journey to realizing their full potential. We are seeking passionate and experienced BT/RBT's to join our skilled team of ABA Therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in the comfort of their own homes
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET)
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required
