Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for a preschooler in New Jersey after school hours. You will collect session data and work closely with the supervising BCBA to implement programs in the home setting.

The role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and training. Requirements include a BT, high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and a willingness to commute to Paterson, NJ.

Qualifications

• Experience with young children is preferred

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
