Astra ABA in Selma, NC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, record progress, and collaborate with families and team members to support each child's growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
