Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children and teens in clinical, school, or home settings under BCBA supervision. You will provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help kids with autism reach their potential.

The role involves implementing tailored ABA-based treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with caregivers and the BCBA. Training is provided, and there are opportunities across clinics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus but not required.
• Commitment to integrity and strong communication.
• Full-time is at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and provide a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets.
• Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Use engaging instructional materials to motivate learners.
• Opportunity to support multiple clinics if desired.
