Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support therapy teams for children and teens in clinical, school, or home settings. Under a BCBA, you will provide one-on-one sessions to help children with autism reach potential.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans, recording data, and communicating progress to caregivers. Training for RBT is provided; generous PTO, bonuses, and education benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days.
• Experience with kids with autism is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and integrity expected.
• Full-time role with ~30 hours per week minimum.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized treatment plans with ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors in a safe environment.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets accurately.
• Collect and record data on socially significant behaviors.
• Use engaging materials to motivate the learner.
