Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Work with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.

Education
