Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians in Tacoma, WA. You will implement ABA programs under a Clinical Supervisor and work across CARD settings including centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Empathetic, confidential, team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group ABA treatment under supervision.
• Collect and record data with high fidelity.
• Review supervisor feedback and apply during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
