Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment under a Clinical Supervisor across clinics, homes, schools, or via telehealth. You’ll support skill acquisition and behavior reduction in 1:1 or small groups.

CARD offers a training pathway with paid BCAT certification, milestone raises, weekend and holiday pay, and opportunities to advance from BT to senior BT or BCBA roles across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements and records.
