Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment under a Clinical Supervisor. The role supports skill acquisition and behavior reduction across in-person and telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in small groups under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Record data on patient progress with accuracy and timeliness.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into each treatment session.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and professional conduct.
