Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA-based treatment to patients and families across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. Positions report to the CARD Operations Manager and require flexibility to work in multiple settings.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, data collection, and incorporating supervisor feedback, with opportunities to grow through BT levels and BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under Clinical Supervisor guidance.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback during each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
