Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs under supervision across settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. Earn competitive pay with room for growth and milestone-based increases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam.
• Experience with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in a group setting.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Implement supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures across sites.
• Support growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence.
