Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to provide ABA-based treatment across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to address skill acquisition and challenging behaviors for CARD patients and families.

This role offers a part-time schedule with growth opportunities, weekend/holiday pay, and paid BCAT certification advancement, supporting a mission-driven organization in Monterey Park.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group treatment under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Respond to supervisor feedback and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe environment.
