Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Tucson is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6. You will implement plans under Masters-level clinicians and regularly update families on progress within the ABA framework.

The role offers paid RBT training, quarterly raises or promotions, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time staff in a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, verified by resume or BACB attestation.
• RBT certification required; able to obtain within 6 weeks; paid training provided.
• Prior experience with children preferred; interest in child development or psychology helpful.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center is required.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training and development in ABA therapy.
