Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in our clinic, using the Early Start Denver Model and ABA principles. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians, build strong family partnerships, and stay current with ABA advances and RBT certification training.

Soar offers paid training, a collaborative team environment, and competitive hourly pay with regular raises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred enrollment or completion of a degree in Child Development or Psychology.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks (training provided).
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment in working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development for ABA and RBT certification.
