Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass Background Check.
• Current driver’s license in state of residence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Committed, considerate, and flexible.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• RBT certification (for candidates who have 1.5 year of experience in the ABA field).

Responsibilities

• Administer ABA Therapy to clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Conduct trials for DTT and Natural Environment Training.
• Administer behavior modification protocols.
• Pair and build rapport with clients; respect families.
• Inform supervisors and families about schedule changes and updates.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
