Job summary

Autism Care Partners is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing ABA-based clinical plans to build communication, social, and adaptive skills. Regular attendance, data collection, and accurate session documentation are essential.

The role offers full-time and part-time options, with BCBA on-site supervision, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. Prior child care experience is welcome as we provide training.

Qualifications

• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology.
• Basic computer skills— Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one work with children at the center.
• Implement ABA-based plans to develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Attend required trainings and maintain data collection and session documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA on-site for guidance and supervision.
