Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring for Full and Part-time Behavior Technicians. The role involves delivering ABA therapy to children with autism, conducting DTT and natural environment training, and maintaining clear communication with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 18+ years of age required.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience with children.
• RBT certification may be required for some candidates with ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer ABA Therapy to clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Conduct DTT and Natural Environment Training trials.
• Provide ABA services respectfully to clients and families.
• Pair with clients, build rapport, and inform case supervisors of updates.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
