Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment for patients across multiple settings, including CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. The role emphasizes skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and data collection under clinical supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and be willing to complete CARD training. Growth avenues span BT levels to senior roles, with weekend and holiday pay enhancements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete CARD Behavior Technician Training with a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under supervision.
• Record and review progress data with high fidelity.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain compliant records and represent CARD professionally.
