Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing individualized behavioral plans under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting progress, and training families. The role offers flexible part-time hours in the afternoons, with paid training and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 behavioral treatment in homes.
• Collect data to monitor progress.
• Model and train families on treatment plans.
• Communicate with families and supervisors clearly.
• Assist with safe, active supervision of children.
