Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our home-based treatment team. You will work one-to-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data to monitor progress in collaboration with families and supervisors.

This part-time role offers evening hours (Wednesday to Friday 4:30pm–7:30pm), paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy awareness.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced home setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client at home under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report findings.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Communicate with families and supervisors clearly.
• Assist with physical activities as needed while engaging children 2–15.
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:30pm–7:30pm.
