Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team. Work one-on-one with children aged 2-15 under BCBA guidance to implement individualized treatment plans. This role emphasizes compassion, reliability and strong communication with families.

We offer flexible part-time evenings, paid training, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include data collection, reporting progress, and collaborating with BCBAs to adapt plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations and HIPAA confidentiality awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions and document information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities to engage children during sessions.
• Adhere to BCBA/LBA guidelines and any additional tasks.
• Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, with potential weekends.
