Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will work 1-1 in clients’ homes, implementing behavioral plans under the supervision of a BCBA to support children from 2 to 15 years old.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting progress, and family training. The role offers flexible part-time evening hours, competitive pay, paid training, and growth opportunities within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must love working with children and be able to adapt to a fast-paced home setting.
• Strong communication with children, families, and supervisors is essential.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report it to the BCBA.
• Train families on applying treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities as needed during sessions.
