Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our in-person team in Paterson, NJ. You will implement ABA-based behavior plans designed by BCBA supervisors to help children improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
