Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians to work 1-1 in home-based settings, implementing BCBA-designed plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or families in behavioral settings preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong communication with children, parents, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
