Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services to children from birth to 21. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, working one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans one-on-one with a client.
• Collect data and report progress on treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with family training on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and team.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children during sessions.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
