Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work in a center-based setting, providing 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, monitor progress, and adjust plans to help children on the autism spectrum achieve targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA by training families on treatment plans.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
