Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting, collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver tailored behavioral plans for children on the autism spectrum. You will help implement treatments, collect progress data, and support families in applying strategies at home and in the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically assist during sessions (moving, lifting up to 25+ pounds) to engage children.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
