Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children who have autism in home, clinic, or school settings. Sessions run 2–3 hours, typically 2–8 pm, Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling.

Pay is $20–$24 per hour, with increases after Training and RBT certification; onboarding bonus of $150 is offered in Napa, Solano, Sonoma, Marin counties. We provide training, supervision, and opportunities to grow toward lead technician, trainer, or BCBA roles, with

Qualifications

• 6 months experience or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Must complete a 40-hour RBT training prior to employment.
• RBT certification not required to apply, but must be completed before start date.
• Active RBT, BCAT, ABAT certifications or 30+ hour ABA training certificates are a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
