Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians for in-home or clinic-based sessions in Napa County. The role offers paid training, a $150 sign-on bonus, and 2–8pm shifts across part-time hours.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with potential increases after you obtain your RBT certification. You will support children in developing communication and social skills through structured activities, with sessions lasting 2–3 hours in various settings.

Qualifications

• Must complete a 40-hour RBT training before employment.
• RBT certification required within 6 months of employment, or active BCBA/ABAT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age and reliable transportation.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Record client progress data accurately and consistently.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
