Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Preferred: current student or recent graduate in psychology, education, sociology, biology, or related field.
• Highly preferred: RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification, or ABA paraprofessional training certificate.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 6 months of employment, or maintain active certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured, play-based activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
