Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a Behavior Technician for 1:1 sessions with children in homes, clinics, or schools. The role focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities and data collection.

Sessions are 2–3 hours, 2–8pm, with a flexible part-time schedule. Training provided; RBT certification encouraged and supported. Growth opportunities and ongoing supervision are available.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude toward working with children.
• 6 months’ experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays.
• Deliver sessions in home, clinic, or school, 2–3 hours each.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families and provide updates.
