Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, center-based ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. The role offers evening weekday hours in a supportive team environment and emphasizes training to confidently execute treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report results
• Support BCBA by training families to implement plans
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with physical activities as children move through sessions
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
