Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting. You will support BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and report outcomes to families and supervisors.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with children aged 2–15. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is a plus, training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities and keep pace with children 2–15 years old.
