Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment team, working one-on-one with children aged 2-15 under BCBA supervision. This role supports evidence-based ABA in a warm, collaborative environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00/4:00–7:00pm, with paid training and opportunities for career growth. You’ll help families implement plans, collect progress data, and engage clients with creative, age-appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Assist BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions as needed (lifting 25+ pounds, moving with children 2–15 years).
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
