Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting under BCBA supervision. This role supports children on the autism spectrum and requires weekday availability from 3pm to 7pm, with a priority on consistency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and teams.
• Assist with safety and active supervision during sessions.
