Job summary

New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for individuals with ASD. You will work with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized plans, collect data, and maintain detailed notes.

The role involves travel to clients' homes and community settings, with a flexible PART_TIME schedule and strong training opportunities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or speech-language pathology) preferred

As a Behavior Technician with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
