New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in the Boston area. You will work under BCBAs and LBAs to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with ASD, collect data, and help families apply strategies at home and in the community.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the BACB.
  • Experience in ABA therapy or related field is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.

Job Summary:

New Patterns ABA - MA, a leading provider of compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician with New Patterns ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in helping clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) to create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting behavioral assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions to address client needs
  • Recording and analyzing data to track client progress and inform treatment modifications
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing support and guidance to clients and caregivers to promote generalization of skills
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment activities
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
  • Adhere to New Patterns ABA - MA's policies and procedures, including data collection and reporting protocols
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and LBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and caregivers to promote generalization of skills
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
