Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a six-year-old. You will use BCBA plans, track progress with data, and support communication, social skills, and daily living skills while partnering with families to ensure consistent treatment.

Must be 18+, with a high school diploma; a psychology degree is a plus. RBT certification is preferred and ability to travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in Psychology is a plus.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.

Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 6 year old boy

• Location: Hamilton Township, Trenton, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:30pm- 7:00pm

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
