New Patterns ABA VA in Richmond, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision.

New Patterns ABA VA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Richmond, VA. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. About the Role:

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collecting and recording data on client progress and behaviors, and participating in team meetings and training sessions. You will also maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families, and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
