Job summary

Era ABA Therapy – Virginia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training and supervision, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from sessions.
• Able to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social, daily living, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
