Job summary

The Autism Center of Excellence in Richmond, VA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through one-to-one ABA therapy. You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help develop key communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining professional, client-centered care.

• Current RBT certification required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy tochildren with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect session data and complete documentation using ourelectronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members tosupport client progress
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clientsand families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour

Required Availability: Must have availability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Service Setting: Must be open to working in any of the following settings IN-HOME / CLINIC / IN-HOME & CLINIC / COMMUNITY

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
