Job summary

New Patterns ABA VA seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, client-centered ABA therapy in in-home and community settings in Richmond, VA. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement personalized treatment plans and collect data on progress.

Strong communication and reliability are essential as you collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification and have experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RBTs to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

As an RBT at New Patterns ABA VA, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings
• Implementing individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behaviors
• Assisting in the development of behavior intervention strategies
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintaining a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
• Adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications:

We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications:
