Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, providing ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement individualized plans and collect real-time data under supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred; assistance with obtaining certification provided.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

About the Role: Brighter Steps ABA is looking for dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
